“My husband and I had been coming to the North Shore of O’ahu for many years. We met Cathy in 2005 and said that we were interested in a certain area to purchase a vacation home. She was very happy to meet with us to show us some available properties. At the time prices were high and we weren’t willing to pay what they were asking. At no time did Cathy ever pressure us. She knew what we were looking for and every once in a while she would call to let us know what the market was doing, to keep us informed and also just to say hi. In 2011, my husband and I were sitting on our front lawn having a glass of wine when Cathy calls to let us know about an available property that had fallen out of escrow. Long story short, we trusted Cathy’s expertise to do the walk-through for us taking pictures for us to view and we purchased the property without actually seeing it ourselves.
